Terms of Use

The Atfaly Amazing app (أطفالي Amazing), made by Asfar Games.

Acceptance of terms

Using the Atfaly app means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the app.

Who can use the app

Teachers and guardians create their own accounts and must be adults (18 or older). A child's profile is created by a parent or by the child's teacher, not by the child, and needs no email address and no password.

Your responsibility for your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your own account credentials confidential.

Acceptable use

Posting offensive or inappropriate content through chat, submissions, or events is not allowed, and attempting unauthorized access to any part of the app or disrupting its operation is not allowed. Anyone in a class can report a comment that breaks this rule; a teacher can remove it, or pause a child's commenting.

Content ownership

Printables and curricula available inside the app are licensed for personal classroom or home use, and may not be resold or redistributed. Content a teacher creates — messages, events, photos — remains theirs, and they grant us a license to display it inside the app to provide the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep the app continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and its features may change over time.

Cost

Nothing is paid for inside the app today. Some of the games are open to everyone and the rest of the library opens with a membership, which is not on sale yet. Its price and how to buy it will be stated clearly before it goes on sale, and any later change to the price will be clearly announced before it takes effect.

Limitation of liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. If you no longer have the app, you can ask at atfaly-amazing.com/en/delete-account/. We delete within 30 days of confirming the request.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; any change will appear here along with an updated date.
