تُخزَّن بياناتكم على البنية التحتية لشركة Cloudflare (قواعد بيانات وتخزين سحابي)، ويُنقل الاتصال بها عبر تشفير قياسي.
نستخدم خدمات تقنية محدودة مثل Cloudflare للاستضافة والتحليلات، وتسجيل الدخول عبر Google كخيار اختياري لأولياء الأمور والمعلّمين. لا تُشارَك بياناتكم مع هذه الجهات إلا بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة.
يمكن لوليّ الأمر أو المعلّم طلب الاطّلاع على بيانات الطفل المرتبطة بحسابهم، أو طلب تصحيحها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا.
يمكن للمعلّم حذف صف أو طالب من لوحته في أي وقت. لطلب حذف حساب أو بيانات طفل بشكل كامل، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر بيانات الاتصال أدناه.

يُنشئ المعلّمون وأولياء الأمور حساباتهم بأنفسهم، ويجب أن يكونوا بالغين (18 سنة فأكثر). ملف الطالب يُنشئه المعلّم نيابةً عن الطفل، ولا يُنشئه الطفل بنفسه ولا يحتاج بريدًا إلكترونيًا أو كلمة مرور.
أنتم مسؤولون عن صحة المعلومات التي تُدخلونها وعن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بحسابكم.
يُمنع نشر محتوى مسيء أو غير لائق عبر المحادثة أو التسليمات أو المناسبات، ويُمنع محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به لأي جزء من التطبيق أو تعطيل عمله.
المطبوعات والمناهج المتاحة داخل التطبيق مرخّصة للاستخدام الشخصي في الصف أو البيت، ولا يجوز إعادة بيعها أو توزيعها. المحتوى الذي يُنشئه المعلّم — رسائل، مناسبات، صور — يبقى ملكًا له، ويمنحنا ترخيصًا لعرضه داخل التطبيق لتقديم الخدمة.
نسعى لإتاحة التطبيق باستمرار، لكن لا نضمن عدم انقطاعه، وقد تتغيّر ميزاته مع الوقت.
التطبيق متاح حاليًا للاستخدام مجانًا. أي تغيير مستقبلي في هذا الشأن سيُعلن بوضوح قبل تطبيقه.
